Hinge is regarded as an app meant for people who want to date seriously. Their range of prompts are an effective way to learn about someone’s personality in a short amount of time. This allows people to connect quickly. The point of this activation is to visualize that deep, expedited level of connection. This activation functions like a play. It lasts an hour to an hour and a half and begins with one of the actors responding to the other’s prompt. The conversation builds organically but grows into vulnerable, romantic fervor. This brief, intense “intimacy” will show viewers how accessible a fruitful, personal connection is.

Location: A park in NYC, perhaps Washington Square Park. It should be somewhere that people can congregate to watch the entirety of the conversation.

The two adjoining rooms are bedrooms. On the windows of either bedroom is a live screen recording of an interaction on Hinge.
